friendly staff

central gem for exploring ortisei and its surroundings

with the hotel just a few steps from the pedestrian zone, it was so easy to stroll through Ortisei and discover charming shops and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

helpful staff

Just a solid selection for a momentary pause in Ortisei with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff went out of their way to help with recommendations on local sightseeing, which made our stay even better. Be sure to take advantage of the bus pass offered for exploring the area.

The staff were attentive and food quality was exceptional. breakfast had an impressive variety with an amazing juicing station. Location was ideal, just a few steps from the pedestrian area and ski lifts.

For us it was ideal.

Breakfast offered an amazing variety, catering to even the pickiest eaters, and the coffee was exceptional. Staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, even offering an umbrella during unexpected rain. While the decor in the room felt slightly outdated compared to the stunning lobby, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations stood out.

the outdoor pool was a bit crowded at times but the staff was amazing and room was really clean. loved the breakfast selection, especially the juicing station. dining was a delight with a great 5 course meal for 30 euros.
